Qu'est-ce que Polyingo ?

Polyingo est une application interactive d'apprentissage des langues disponible sur iOS et Android. Polyingo associe l'apprentissage de la prononciation via des vidéos, la pratique des échanges grâce à l'IA et 10 types de jeux d'aptitude pour apprendre l'anglais, l'espagnol, l'allemand, le français ou le turc à n'importe quel niveau CECRL (du niveau A1 au niveau C2).

Polyingo est-elle une application gratuite ?

Polyingo propose une formule gratuite avec un accès restreint à la fonction de recherche dans le dictionnaire, aux jeux d'apprentissage, aux rappels, aux fonctionnalités de synthèse vocale, à la traduction de texte, à la recherche de poèmes et à l'historique des mots consultés. La souscription à un abonnement premium au service permet de bénéficier d'un accès complet à toutes les fonctions de la plateforme telles que le tuteur linguistique basé sur l'IA et l'intégralité des catégories de jeux d'apprentissage.

Quelles sont les langues qu'il est possible d'apprendre via Polyingo ?

Polyingo a récemment mis en place l'apprentissage de l'anglais, du turc, de l'espagnol, de l'allemand et du français. L'interface de l’application est pour sa part disponible en 14 langues : l'anglais, le turc, le russe, l'arabe, le français, le chinois, le coréen, l'espagnol, l'hindi, le bengali, le portugais, l'indonésien, le japonais et l'allemand.

In this Privacy Policy, ‘us’ ‘we’ or ‘our’ means Mahmut Taşkıran. Thank you for using our apps. We’re continuing improving and producing more innovative products to bring best values to yours. Please read carefully before using our apps.

By using our products, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you don’t agree to these Terms, do not use our apps. If you are using our products on behalf of an organization (such as your employer), you are agreeing to these Terms for that organization, and are indicating that you have the authority to bind that organization to these Terms. In that case, “you” and “your” will refer to that organization.

Auto Renewing Subscriptions:

Subscribed user has unlimited access to the app translation services including speech to text recognizing, translating and text to speech.
Unsubscribed user can only use those services with limited quota per day.
Payment will be charged to iTunes Account or Google Play Account at confirmation of purchase, depending on the platform used.
Subscription automatically renews unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24-hours before the end of the current period
Account will be charged for renewal within 24-hours prior to the end of the current period, and identify the cost of the renewal
Subscriptions may be managed by the user and auto-renewal may be turned off by going to the user’s Account Settings after purchase
Any unused portion of a free trial period, if offered, will be forfeited when the user purchases a subscription to that publication, where applicable.

Consumable Purchases

In addition to the auto-renewing subscriptions, users have the option to make a consumable purchase for gaining access to a limited number of messages to chat with the AI assistant within the app. The number of messages and the price of the consumable purchase may vary.

The consumable purchase will be charged to the user's iTunes Account or Google Play Account at confirmation of purchase, depending on the platform used.
This purchase is non-refundable and non-transferable between platforms.
The purchased messages can be used to chat with the AI assistant, and any unused messages will remain available in the user's account until they are consumed.

Please note that the consumable purchase for the AI assistant chat feature does not include any additional features or services offered in the auto-renewing subscriptions. Subscribed users can also make a consumable purchase to chat with the AI assistant, but the subscription benefits will remain separate from the consumable purchase. Users are responsible for keeping track of their message count, and the app will not issue refunds for unused messages. The app reserves the right to change the number of messages offered in a consumable purchase and the corresponding price at any time without prior notice.

General Prohibitions

You agree not to do—or attempt to do—any of the following:

Probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of any Polyingo system or network or breach any security or authentication measures;
Access, tamper with, or use non-public areas of Polyingo, Polyingo’s computer systems, or the technical delivery systems of Polyingo's providers;
Decipher, decompile, disassemble or reverse engineer any of the software used to provide Polyingo;
Interfere with, or attempt to interfere with, the access of any user, host or network, including sending a virus, overloading, flooding, spamming, or mail-bombing Polyingo;
Access or search Polyingo or download any intellectual property from Polyingo through the use of any engine, software, tool, agent, device or mechanism (including spiders, robots, crawlers, data mining tools or the like) other than our publicly supported interfaces;
Plant malware or use Polyingo to distribute malware;
Send any unsolicited communications, promotions, advertisements or spam;
Send altered, deceptive or false source-identifying information, including “spoofing” or “phishing”;
Post or transmit anything that is fraudulent or misleading, or that infringes on others’ rights;
Impersonate or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity;
Violate the privacy of others;
Violate any applicable law or regulation; or
Encourage or enable any other individual to do any of the above.

Although we’re not obligated to monitor access to or use of Polyingo or your content or to review or edit any of your content or the intellectual property of other Polyingo users, we have the right to do so for the purpose of operating Polyingo, to ensure compliance with these Terms, or to comply with applicable law or other legal requirements. We reserve the right, but are not obligated, to remove or disable access to any of your content, at any time and without notice, including, but not limited to, if we, at our sole discretion, consider any of your content to be objectionable or in violation of these Terms. We have the right to investigate violations of these Terms or conduct that affects Polyingo. We may also consult and cooperate with law enforcement authorities to prosecute users who violate the law.
